For the Department of Information and Communication Technology in Architecture of the Technical University of Darmstadt (IKA), four different versions of the Cathedral of St. Peter in Rome, which had been reconstructed and simulated, were processed for Rapid Prototyping. In a short period of time, from the digital data four haptic models were produced in the so-called plaster printing procedure? They show the designs of Bramante, Sangallo, Michelangelo and Maderno. The models can be reproduced upon request.
